Ilie-\u015etefan R\u0103dulescu (\u00een articolul <em>Teatrul popular din \u0163ar\u0103<\/em>, \u00een \u201dCultur\u0103 \u015fi Civiliza\u0163ie la Dun\u0103rea de Jos\u201d, XVIII,\nMuzeul Dun\u0103rii de Jos, C\u0103l\u0103ra\u015fi, 2001, p. 80) afl\u0103m c\u0103 \u201e<em>Dup\u0103 al doilea r\u0103zboi mondial, mai precis din 1946, avocatul Aurel\nElefterescu pornea, generos \u015fi entuziast, s\u0103 initieze, ca regizor, o mi\u015fcare\nteatral\u0103 prodigioas\u0103 prin durat\u0103 \u015fi continut, c\u0103reia \u00ee\u015fi va dedica, cu o\ngenerozitate exemplar\u0103, \u00eentregul s\u0103u timp liber, p\u00e2n\u0103 spre sf\u00e2r\u015fitul vietii.\nEchipa-nucleu a acestei mi\u015fc\u0103ri avea s\u0103 pun\u0103 \u00een scen\u0103, pentru prima oar\u0103\n&lt;marc\u00e2nd debutul unei stagiuni ce va deveni, cu timpul, pennanentb comedia\nde mare succes \u201dEscu\u201d, de Tudor Mu\u015fatescu, din distributia c\u0103reia f\u0103ceau parte\nBarbu Mih\u0103ilescu, Florin Dumitrescu, Cicerone Ionescu, Rafael Demayo,\nConstantin Caraca\u015f, Aurel Bobe\u015f, Jeni Ionescu, Lucia Mih\u0103ilescu, Vaii Corello,\nDumitru D\u0103d\u00e2rlat, Ilie Dumitrescu, Stela \u015etef\u0103nescu, Ion Atodiresei, Mia\n\u015etef\u0103nescu. Premierele anilor urm\u0103tori (cu \u201dTache, Ianke \u015fi Cad\u00e2r\u201d, de Victor\nIon Popa, \u201dC\u0103lug\u0103rul din vechiul schit\u201d, de Tudor Mu\u015fatescu, \u201dOmul care a v\u0103zut\nmoartea\u201d, de Victor Eftimiu, \u201dGeneratia de sacrificiu\u201d, de Ion Valjan, \u015fi\naltele) vor ad\u0103uga scenei c\u0103l\u0103r\u0103\u015fene noi slujitori ai Tholiei: Sonia Zenin,\nGic\u0103 Negulescu, Valentin Romano (Dain), Tic\u0103 Penciu, Aurel Giurc\u0103, lea Popescu,\nMarin Giurc\u0103, Gic\u0103 Filipescu, Filofteia Dogaru, Sofia Susan, Irina R\u0103dulescu,\nIleana Gaciu, Ana Negreanu, Aurel \u015eerb\u0103nescu, Ilie Mi\u0163a, Alexe Oprescu, Vasile\nMihalache, Iolanda Dain, George Grigorescu \u015f.a.(din r\u00e2ndurile c\u0103rora, unii\n\u015fi-au ales cariera de actori profesioni\u015fti: Dimitrie Dunea, Cicerone Ionescu,\nValentin Dain, al\u0163ii aleg\u00e2nd lumea peliculei cinematografice: Dumitru D\u0103d\u00e2rlat,\nIon Budi\u015fteanu, Sevastian Antonescu \u015f.a.)<\/em>\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn1\">[1]<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Studii:<\/strong> frecventeaz\u0103 \u015ecoala elementar\u0103 \u015fi Liceul \u201d\u015etirbei Vod\u0103\u201d (azi,\nColegiul Na\u0163ional \u201dBarbu \u015etirbei\u201d) \u00een C\u0103l\u0103ra\u015fi; Facultatea de Drept din cadrul\nUniversit\u0103\u0163ii &nbsp;Bucure\u015fti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Profesia\/Ocupa\u021bia:<\/strong> avocat, regizor de teatru.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Activitatea\nprofesional\u0103\/Func\u021bii:<\/strong> dup\u0103 terminarea\nfacult\u0103\u0163ii, revine \u00een C\u0103l\u0103ra\u015fi \u00eenscriindu-se \u00een Barou; imediat dup\u0103 r\u0103zboi \u00ee\u015fi\nreia profesia de avocat \u00een Baroul Ialomi\u0163a la C\u0103l\u0103ra\u015fi, continu\u00e2nd s\u0103 publice\ndin ce \u00een ce mai pu\u0163in; aceast\u0103 renun\u0163are, se pare c\u0103, se datoreaz\u0103 unei noi\npasiuni, aceea de regizor de teatru, pasiune care \u00eel va consacra definitiv \u00een\nteatrul c\u0103l\u0103r\u0103\u015fean; de numele s\u0103u este legat\u0103 adev\u0103rata mi\u015fcare teatral\u0103 a\nC\u0103l\u0103ra\u015fiului; \u00eenc\u0103 din 1946 a reu\u015fit s\u0103 formeze o prim\u0103 echip\u0103 de teatru care a\ndebutat cu piesa \u201dEscu\u201d, de Tudor Mu\u015fatescu; au fost puse \u00een scen\u0103 peste 200 de\npremiere care au fost jucate \u00een peste 2000 de spectacole, sub \u00eendrumarea sa,\nforma\u0163iile de teatru c\u0103l\u0103r\u0103\u015fene ob\u0163in\u00e2nd succese deosebite la nivel regional \u015fi\nna\u0163ional. A jucat al\u0103turi de prof. Ilie-\u015etefan R\u0103dulescu, \u00een piese precum: \u201d\u015eoc\nla mezanin\u201d, de I. D. \u015eerban,&nbsp; \u201dA doua fa\u0163\u0103 a medaliei\u201d, de I. D. S\u00e2rbu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Datorit\u0103 efortului \u015fi talentului s\u0103u de regizor, echipa\nde teatru din C\u0103l\u0103ra\u015fi a devenit, \u00een 1961, primul teatru de amatori cu stagiune\npermanent\u0103, iar \u00een 1963, primul Teatru Popular din Rom\u00e2nia. Din 1963 Teatrul\nPopular din C\u0103l\u0103ra\u015fi poart\u0103 numele ctitorului \u015fi p\u0103rintelui s\u0103u, Aurel\nElefterescu.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Colabor\u0103ri\nla publica\u021bii:<\/strong> \u00eenc\u0103 din liceu\ncolaboreaz\u0103 la presa local\u0103, ca mai t\u00e2rziu, s\u0103 se al\u0103ture unor tineri care\neditau la Silistra revista \u201dFestival\u201d; printre ace\u015ftia se aflau \u015fi poe\u0163ii\nVasile Culic\u0103, George Danubia, Mircea Papadopol, etc.; \u00een aceast\u0103 revist\u0103 Aurel\nElefterescu a publicat schi\u0163e \u015fi nuvele atr\u0103g\u00e2nd aten\u0163ia mai multor\npersonalit\u0103\u0163i care i-au remarcat talentul literar. \u00cen pu\u0163inul timp liber pe\ncare \u00eel mai avea a lucrat la o monografie a teatrului c\u0103l\u0103r\u0103\u015fean, care avea ca\ngeneric titlul&nbsp;\u201d<em>Acei oameni minuna\u0163i \u015fi visurile lor \u00eenfl\u0103c\u0103rate<\/em>\u201d;\na \u00eenceput s\u0103 o publice \u00een serial \u00een presa local\u0103&nbsp;\u00eens\u0103 a r\u0103mas nefinalizat\u0103\n\u00eentruc\u00e2t a trecut \u00een nefiin\u0163\u0103 \u00een 1990.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\n<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Premii\n(Distinc\u021bii):<\/strong> Premiul I pe \u0163ar\u0103 la Bienala de Teatru din\n1958 cu piesa \u201dGai\u0163ele\u201d de Alexandru Chiri\u0163escu; 1962 &#8211; Premiul III pe \u0163ar\u0103 cu\n\u201dO noapte furtunoas\u0103\u201d de I. Caragiale (pentru aceste dou\u0103 spectacole a\nob\u0163inut Premiul I pentru regie); Premiul al II-lea pe \u0163ar\u0103 cu piesa \u201dNila\u201d, de\nSalinski; Premiul I pe \u0163ar\u0103 cu piesa \u201dB\u0103iatul cu floare\u201d; Premiul al II-lea pe\n\u0163ar\u0103 cu \u201dA treia \u0163eap\u0103\u201d, de Marin Sorescu, la a doua edi\u0163ie a Festivalului\nna\u0163ional \u201dC\u00e2ntarea Rom\u00e2niei\u201d; i-au fost\nrecunoscute, postum, dup\u0103 1990, meritele excep\u0163ionale \u00een edificarea,\npostbelic\u0103, a teatrului c\u0103l\u0103r\u0103\u015fean de amatori, ajuns, datorit\u0103 Domniei Sale, la\no celebritate nicic\u00e2nd visat\u0103. Din 2003, va fi distins \u015fi cu titlul de\n\u201dCet\u0103\u0163ean de Onoare\u201d (\u00een urma memoriului prof.
